  • All our products will give visible difference in 40-60 days of usage (Except few products for which time will be mentioned in products description itself). Please don’t expect immediate results.

  • Dispatching takes 3-5 days( excluding Sundays) from the date of ordering for Domestic orders . For abroad deliveries , dispatching takes 5-7 business days from the date of ordering.
  • Tracking will be attached to your mail id which you gave while ordering.

  • Please take UNBOXING VIDEO while receiving parcel . It will help you to claim with us ,if you received wrong/ damaged product or missed product. Unboxing video is mandatory for proof.
  • Please give active phone number while ordering. OTP may be sent to number for safe delivery. You may receive call from courier service, please attend. Call will be from unknown number. PLEASE ATTEND.
  • If any address change / phone number change / order cancellation, please update in mail with order number to gaurisuthamys@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing order.
